The American Academy of Audiology provides this ROOM SHARING FORUM for the benefit of its Members. The Academy will monitor all content on this message board to ensure content is directly related to the purpose of the board. However, it is understood that any information distributed on the ROOM SHARING FORUM will not be checked for accuracy and participants must use their individual discretion and accept sole responsibility for their use of the forum. The Academy expressly disclaims any responsibility for, and any and all liabilities resulting from, any information or communication exchanged between users of the ROOM SHARING FORUM.

Room Sharing Forum Code of Conduct
1. Users are present and posting in this forum for the purposes of establishing lodging arrangements for AudiologyNOW! 2015 in San Antonio, TX, March 25-28, 2014.
2. Users agree not use this forum to express personal opinions and beliefs regarding topics unrelated to this forum.
3. Users agree not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.
4. Users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.
5. Users acknowledge that administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove objectionable material as quickly as possible. Because constant monitoring is impossible, users acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the Academy nor the administrators, moderators or web-master (except for posts expressly entered by the administrators, moderators or web-master) and they will not be held liable.
